Walked into the display room, had a look around and was attended to by a lovely lady. Made an order for a chair and was able to go home with a display model temporarily while the order was being made. Price included delivery. I had a really good experience and the product has a 10 year warranty so I look forward to seeing how the chair goes. I am already very confident in the company as the University uses the company and I use the same chair at the University.
