Great service, very friendly, reasonable prices & quick.Had 2 pairs of heels that needed the heel tips replaced. He did this AND fixed up all the ripped leather around the heel tip. Cant tell it's been fixed. AWESOME JOB! I'll be bringing all my shoes back and my friend too!! Thank you :)P.s.His moved just across the alley from where he use to be. 1 minute walk away.

Had a zipper of a bag replaced and the quality of the work was extremely disappointing. Although it was suppose to be a new zipper it looks rusted. Their explanation was they tried to paint black to match the bag. If that was the case, they didn't do a very good job. Moreover, the zipper is too short you can see the end of the zipper sticking out in an ugly way and without a few messy stitches at the end the teeth look like they can come apart anytime. As for the other end of the zipper they just glued it, it looks ugly and messy. On top of that the zipper is super hard to zip not smooth at all. Will never go back.

The best shoe repair shop. Very reliable, professional, honest with great prices. I travel an hour to this shop every time I need my shoes repaired, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lovely family business; the owner is super sweet and helpful. Asked for a quote first from the guy at Shoe Repair Stop Plus (Westfield, Level 2), who was plain rude and inpatient.Great price for 2 pairs of heels repaired. Definitely will be coming back :)

These guys are the best!Such a great small business - always super helpful and great to work withThey do a great job on any keys (at cheapest price!) And also have resoled my RM Williams shows very good and at a very good priceI would recommend no other business but this for for all things leather shoes and keys

Very reasonable (cheapest) price for key cutting. Friendly environment and helpful. I didn’t know about this shop before so I went to Westfield and those two shops were disgusting no manner at all from the level 2 shop and level 5 , high price.Thank you speedy lock !!
