Wow what a difference between the call centre and actually going into the store. Was ready to ditch Telstra but needed my number back, then i had a lovely young girl called Katie step in, she sorted all my issues out and even (for the first time ever) was told about my accumulated points and walked away with a free $120 car charger. Thanks to Katie i will definitely stick with them a bit longer

I was absolutely appalled by the terrible customer service I received from Telstra shop staff member Daniel as well as the female Manager at the Wanneroo WA store. I have been a loyal Telstra customer for over 40 years and have never experienced such bad customer service. Daniels uncalled for insulting outburst was quite shocking not to mention that he told me to go to Coles to fix my sim card issue. My wife and I could not believe how we were treated. It was extremely disheartening to witness such incompetence and lack of respect. The smug self-satisfied look on Daniels face when we were leaving was the last straw.Complaint lodged with Telstra.

Came in to tansfer my home internet plan to Telstra and a new modem and was helped by some super nice staff. To no ones fault, I had a technical problem with my new plan after setting it up at home that was easily solved over the phone by Ben who originally served me. Massive thanks to all the workers but especially Ben. Super greatful and all done and solved within the same day. :)

Very good service. Staff very helpful and didn't have to wait long to be attended to. Able to get what I needed re phone problems. Highly recommend this store compared to others I have had occasion to attend where my phone problems seemed to be too much trouble for the staff to help me.

If I could have given them 0 stars I would.Lost sale.The phone wasn't on display and they refused to open the box for us to see if it was what we wanted.Went to Good Guys Joondalup, phone on display and we were able to open the box to check the contents.Purchase made.

Absolutely DISGUSTING service from store manager"(joke)Katie AND sales person Harmony.Why a company like Telstra would be letting these totally incompetent muppets represent them has me beat!!Under NO circumstances even think about entering this shop unless you are a massachist!!

Best Telstra shop I've been to in a long time.Lily was patient, friendly, professional and knew all about the phones , products we were after.Very nice experience

The team at Telstra Wanneroo were fantastic, great customer service and friendly helpful set up my phone and helped with additional services had the phone and accessories I was after. Highly recommend. Thank you Katie and Jas and everyone who helped me.
