Very very caring people who are so good at what they do recommend them highly

Only spoke to someone twice. Spoke fast, did not wait for me to provixe information and were generally uninterested. Waited at over 6 months for any contact as emails ignored, phone calls not returned and no update provided. Went elsewhere and got the necessary information in less than a fortnight. Finally bothered to reply after 6 months to say that I had not provided sufficient evidence. Not my fault if they never asked for that evidence nor communicated in any way over 6 months that they needed anything from me. Could not even respond to emails sent requesting they close my file as I was going elsewhere. Not even an apology after 6 months waiting and they finally communicate. Would not recommend to anyone.

Was not happy with this firm at all. Felt they did not represent my 3 sons in their historical court matters, appropriately. Melinda did not fight for their rights nor did the Barristers she brought on board. I could have done a nuch better job myself.
