The Beauty Hideaway
I had the most excellent full body massage today. This newly opened salon was friendly, professional, fresh and clean. Beautifully decorated with comfy seats in the waiting room. My massage was perfect, firm, relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling relaxed and ready for the day ahead, can't wait for my next one.

I am 49 years old and I have been to a lot of beauty places in my time but this was by far the best! My eyes are very sensitive but Caitlin effectively and gently performed lash and brow tints, curl and wax in a pleasant, painless and professional way. It was also very relaxing and I even bought a Christmas gift package for my daughter to follow up! I will definitely be returning, this is my new favourite place to get pampered

This new beauty salon is definitely a piece of heaven. From the moment you step through the door , the welcoming atmosphere and decor is stunning. Today's treatments were facial waxing and a beautiful facial. Each element was handled with professionalism and considered care.My therapist was such a lovely happy person and will be a very busy girl I'm sure when word spreads. The Beauty Hideaway is a new treasure in the Hawkesbury.

A beauty oasis out west.It is rare to find a business that values their customers so much and will go above and beyond. Caitlin was polite and clean and made me feel comfortable. I usually don't like people touching me but really enjoy the facial and my skin had no reaction and is still feeling soft and clearThe store in itself is immaculate with a Bohemian interior in the waiting room. Will be coming again

I tried this place the other week for the first time and was so happy with my experience! I will definitely be returning. I had my eyebrows shaped by I think her name was Layla and she was so professional, made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Exceptional service, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I got a eyebrow wax and tint, never again will I go there my eyebrows are so uneven! The girl took about half a centimetre off the start of my left brow it is very wonkyHi I didn't have an appointment I just walked in, it was on Wednesday 7/3 in the afternoon a girl with long red hair did it!

Divine. The entire experience was bliss. The Beauty Hideaway are always on time and the staff make you feel extremely welcome and at ease. Thank you to Caitlin for the amazing facial and massage experience. Definitely a beautiful 'hideaway' in the heart of Richmond that I will be returning to.

I had such a lovely experience today with the Beauty Hideaway. Lovely fit out, such a beautiful massage and facial. The bed was super comfy and the products were lovely. Such a relaxing experience and my skin looks amazing. 10/10 would recommend.
