I am a regular customer of DIY pet wash, I originally went in and asked about price and was informed outside wash was 10 minutes for $10 or inside was unlimited time for $10. Specifically asked so we can wash both our dog for that. YES. we have used this service a number of times, with both dogs and only ever been charged $10. Today however got told yes it's unlimited time but $10 per dog. I could have washed my dog three times outside in 20 minutes for $10 and 6 times for $20. Maybe a sign on dog wash explaining pricing would be good. If the price has changed tell the customer prior to charging them. I feel the store has been dishonest. I will now go back to United for $10. wash both my dogs.
