I had a nail in my tyre which caused a puncture, rang Millard's at 07:30am, was told to visit ASAP, got there for 8am and the car was fixed by 08:30am. The best customer service you could wish for. I cannot recommend this place enough. Will always come here for my tyres in the future.

Thank you Millard’s, just dropped in here to see if I could get some new tyres put on and had ten minutes till close on a Saturday morning. Millard’s were more than happy to help me out and get me back on the road. I would definitely recommend Millard’s to my family and friends for there tyre needs.

Took my Motorhome for a wheel alignment and told them we were doing a 10000 klm trip.Brand new tyres and wheel alignment not done when they said they did it. found out after 2000klm tyres wearing abnormally ball joints worn not checked at all. This place outsources their work so not their fault if not good workmanship. I would never trust these guys with anything we could have had a major accident when you think you are in safe mode now over cautious I don’t trust this business. only offered money back for not doing wheel alignment what about my tyres wear and tear. What about your non service. Bad business practice do. It use this place.

Overpriced and dishonourable.Terrible backup service. If you try to make them accountable for things your not happy with what they have done, they will try to point the blame at anyone but themselves and will go back on there word. You’ll find out later you paid twice as much as other shops in the area for a simple wheel alignment on a small truck too.
