Good for all age people. Fun ,learning ,gym,spa, everything under one roof.

An extremely dirty and very poorly maintained facility. Blood stained discarded bandages, sanitary pads, mud, grime, rusted broken down facilities, and too few changerooms, which are also FILTHY. It seems cleaning staff only come in after closing time, so for the entire day the place just festers like an unflushed toilet. I've seen cleaner facilitues in third world countries.

I'm not sure what you feel in this place...we are on school holidays, they say that the slides work from 10am to 5pm, we arrived at 10am and only one was working, the second one only opened at noon, but with only 1 single float! ! See the photo with the size of the queue!! A single buoy!! Just ridiculous!! The lifeguard who was supposed to monitor the size of the children was practically “sleeping” definitely unsafe. If something happens to a child, they will say it was a “fatality” when in fact it was a lack of responsibility on the part of management to put responsible people in their proper place. I have a 2 minute video showing what I'm talking about, I'll preserve it but if I need it in the future I'll expose it!!

Very busy however understand it was after school hours and there were many swimming lessons taking place.Will be better when all the change rooms are available, alleviating queues.Happy otherwise with the facilities.

Good alternative one stop fitness hub. Gym, swimming pool plus water play for kids so for those who wants to bring kids on a lesson can also spend time with sauna, jacuzzi and some laps in the water .. suitable for all walks of life . Not sure though how it works for the gym if can do walkin or memebers only allowed.

3 stars for staff, 2 stars less because the Gym equipment is not inline with its competitors but the pools and other alike amenities are good. Great place to take kids for a swim, jump in the sauna or steam room. Jacuzzi and warm pools available also.

Great venue for kids and adults. The large slide with 4 people in them had my 2 sons, myself and my mother, was hilarious, and a touch scary! Fun day!

Went here for a children's party. 2 hours hire for a birthday space isn't much time to hold. No aircon in this room but they do provide a small table fan that doesn't do much. They also don't give you much time to set up prior. Nice kids play pool, sauna, heated pool and larger cold deep pool. Did not get to go on the water slide. Make sure you watch your kids too. Lifeguards are very strict on that.

Have been here several times. Mainly use the spa. The last time I was there it was a bit uncomfortable there were people getting very close to me when they didn't need to be. There was plenty of room for more appropriate spacing. It was a bit creepy. But otherwise my experience has been good. Good change rooms and showers.

There is not a lot of space for kids 3-12 years of age, to play in, the spas are adults only. Twice we have been here, both times the big slides were shut down and it still costs full price. It cost $50 for 1 adult, and 2 kids. It is just really poor value for what you get as a family. The place also feels a bit dirty as well.On the upside, the staff and lifeguards are all very friendly
