Today I visited your Vodafone store at Wentworthville and was very impressed with 2 of your staff Suraj and Abu they helped me with a lot of my apps and signed me up with another plan Sim only plan month to month I would recommend them to all my friends hope U can give them a recognition thanks Gwenda Rahilly

I asked for s21 screen protector for a new samsung device. The person said that it doesn't have screen guard and removed one before even asking me to stop.Let me explain that S21/S20 comes with preinstalled screen protector.As the other person said before he would install the glass screen protector and then suprize - he later told me that fingerprint scanner doen't work.Shouldn't he have said this before??????Thanks for fooling me and wasting my money twice:1) Removing original screen guard2) Applying glass screen guard before.Hope people learn a lesson from this.

Got my screen protector changed here (for my Huwaei Mate 20 pro phone which has on-screen finger print sensor) within one day of ordering and was really happy for that.It fitted nice and was really smooth but the finger print sensor didn't work properly as most attempts failed to recognise. When asked for that in the next visit, I was given an answer that protectors won't work even in Samsung phones and I was suggested to use a line-draw or pin pattern going forward. On further conversation with the owner, I was shocked with his acknowledgement that they sold cheap quality product to me. It would have been useful if I was suggested about its quality and other available quality options to go for. It was a bitter shopping experience with them at the end.Please improve in quality aspect to save customer's money and interest.Overall: Not recommended for high end phones' servicing / spares unless you know what you are provided with.

I am very pleased with the results to my questions today. My phone being 6 years old and running a bit slow and they showed me a Samsung A12 Phone a high tech phone at a reasonable price. I am very happy with the service that I received and with the after sales.
