I had a problem with one of my gloves, and the owner was very polite, and understanding of my problem, he said to pick out another pair for free! And also keep the one I had a partial issue with. Top notch service! Will definitely be coming back for future purchases!

Massive thanks to Clive and Roger.Day 1 of a 10 day tour of Tassie and my bike developed gremlins when I reached Nowra.Clive immediately assigned Roger to drop tools and assist in diagnosing the issue.A temporary fix was done as parts weren't available.This allowed me to complete a journey that was 20 years in the making.Huge gratitude to Clive and Roger for providing an honest genuine service that allowed me to complete my dream.This is one bike shop who really cares about the biker community and can not be recommended enough..Cheers

I took my daughter in to buy her gear so I could take her on her first ride, staff were amazing with helmet sizing and going the extra mile to find us everything they had in stock for her size. I got it on special with a jacket also both massively discounted. While in the process of paying for these items Clive asked me if I had gloves for her, I said no I couldn't find any on special. He then proceeded to take my daughter and find and fit gloves on her stating she could have them for free. I was gobsmacked, you don't see generosity like that anymore these days. Thankyou GSM, what an awesome store!

Clive bent over backwards to give us the best deal possible, thinking of every detail including excellent quality safe boots right down to the black and white number plate, with Yamaha comprehensive insurance all handled expertly by staff members. The new Yamaha R7 60 th Anniversary Edition was made ready in hours to drive away the same day. We are over the moon.
