It took us half an hour to be served tableside, despite going to the counter only to be assured that we would be served shortly a scant ten minutes in. It was only when we went to the counter a second time that we were finally served. We were given less glasses than we required. Some of the cutlery had not been cleaned properly, and was slightly greasy. The table had not been cleaned properly, and was still sticky and grimy. The breadbowl was served only a few degrees above room temperature. The pasta we ordered had a sauce that was, I can only assume, split - and if not, then the proportions are completely off. The food is hugely overpriced relative to what you can get only a few minutes' drive away. Would recommend avoiding this place, at least until general user sentiment has changed.

Mixed grill for $39.50 wasn't quite enough to feed two people without having a side. Comes with two dips and bread which was not on the menu. Chips looked good but could have been better and as a side they were $8. Meat was cooked well and tasty. Rice once the meat juices had seeped through was good. Eggplant dip was good but there hummus was amazing.

Came here for breakfast, ambience is comfortable and settling. Had the breakfast buffet they have a variety of different selections from hot to cold that all taste very delicious. Clean restraunt, very friendly staff. And tea is with the breakfast serve your own. Very nice, highly recommend coming here

Excellent quality food and great service. The portions and pricing were very reasonable.The atmosphere was great, only the downside, being seated close to the door, can be a bit cold with the door opening and closing. Besides that highly recommended.

My go-to for authentic Turkish food! Whether it’s for breakfast or dinner, Usta never fails to surprise me. The waiters are friendly and ensure that all customers have a great experience. Will continue to come here

Excellent quality food and OK portion sizes. A tad on the higher price side of local places. A family of four cost $130. Good selection of well known Turkish cuisine.

Food was okay, Kunafe has a weird after taste, the cheese seems off. Manti seems like the same frozen brand that I buy from the market. Kebab was okay. What’s frustrating was the attention of the crew. They were polite but we had to wait for 20 mins before someone can take our order. When we tried to order desserts, it took us another 15-20 mins to have someone actually go to our table and take our order despite calling their attention multiple times. It wasn’t that busy at the start of our meal so I’m not sure why it’s taking them that long to take orders.

I have known the owner previously and knew the quality of the food from previous place he ran.The location is next to a server, where you may think that it is one of the ordinary “trucky food” restaurant but you will be amazed and surprised. The place looks modern from inside. It gives an image of interior designer work.There are two sections. The section on the right, where we sat was colder compared to the left as I actually tested it. The reason is the automatic door opens fully, bringing cold air (as it is winter now) to the right side of the restaurant.The food is excellent. Their special tripe soup was as expected.I had the rib eye steak and it was perfectly cooked to medium rare.Congratulations Mehmet Usta! It was great once again. If the place was closer to the city, I would be there frequently.
