Excellent centre. Strong, experienced management team. Caring, passionate, professional and AMAZING educators. Great resources and outdoor play area. Healthy menu, with a cook who carefully caters to all dietary requirements.We love insight! I can’t raccomandate enough!!!Thank you Stefano, Priscilla and all the team that work for our kids ❤️

2020, I sent my daughter to other child care call G******* in civic, she was not settled and feel always scared to go there. i felt also my daughter always stay outside of the group... I was bit sad. Every time when she has little things, like runny nose (it is very common for child), they sent me my daughter to home and they said we do not want to have responsibility" I was so disappointed and i decided to move child care in 2020 September.My daughter moved child care to insight throsby because my Friend strongly recommended to me.first a couple of weeks

The child wasn't happy at all, so stressful every time come back from childcare. The staff yelled out to the child and made him so scare. I paid around $1000 for being there around more than 2 days.

Really poor at managing the childcare center, My child went through a trauma last year and it took close to a year for the managing director to contact us. (Not sure if that was ever communicated within the organization)My child is suffering and going through pain that can't be explained he's lost his 2 front teeth on account of the negligence on part of the educators led by the director and the whole team.I understand that accidents happen but the response that I'm getting is completely unsupportive and unacceptable.This all has come up now as when we requested the childcare to cover the medical expense which was as promised on papers from them.

Caring, patient & courteous educators & staff, always working on improving children’s learnings & skills by including fun activities, mostly using natural materials. Wisely using the app to update & keep parents in the loop of daily child’s activities. Would surely recommend the centre.

The Director and Assistant Director through it appropriate to dress up in clown masks and scare the children for Halloween.9 months later my 2 year old son still refers to the Director as scary even after leaving the centre over 7 months ago and still wakes up after having nightmares of scary clown and monsters.Safe to say my child has been severely traumatised from the lack of professionalism.

An excellent daycare centre. My child has been at the centre since he started care and absolutely loves the centre and all the carers. This is one of those places where you know that they are focused on the children having fun and learning. I can’t recommend it enough!

Insight is a second home for my daughter, she seems to have lots of fun and has developed very quick since she began attending the centre. We are very grateful to her lovely and caring educators
