Doctors on Manly Road - Bulk Billing Doctors

Tried to book a physical doctors appointment but could not due to symptoms (I don’t have covid). I was then told I wasn’t eligible for a Telehealth appointment as I hadn’t been to the practice for 12 months. This is the only doctor I’ve been to for the past 15 years so booking with another clinic was not that simple. My only option was to clog up the hospital system for some basic medication. No wonder the hospitals are so overwhelmed right now!

A godsend coming to this practice. We've found Dr Kardooni to be a knowledgeable & proactive GP & extremely helpful in looking after our medical requirements. Each appointment he is always cheerful & nothing seems to be too much trouble. The staff are always obliging & happy to help & seldom kept waiting too long.

Went to Doctors in Manly and I got their early and was seen on time by the doctor so the appointment was timely, but what’s good just stops there.I’m sure the other Doctors working there are great but I didn’t like the experience with Dr Feng Li. Not only would he cut me off when I tried explaining my symptoms but he would also just keep saying yes as if to brush me off and hurry everything along. He doesn’t listen to my experience with the medication and what has and hasn’t work. I was in there for less than 6 mins. Never again and would be better off trying a different doctor or practice.

This review is only related to their procedures to access medical cannabis. Unbelievably expensive and on going costs, find an alternative!!!! They require and initial consultation fee of $200.00 which I can understand, then they want a fortnightly/monthly appointment determined by the doctor, at $80.00. This, this is why you should go elsewhere. I have been with another clinic now for 2 years, I'm a very light user, I have an appointment every four months that cost $60.00. Only reason I wanted to change, is that this clinic is close to my home, and generally if I can do something locally it is preferable. When I started, this was not offered at this location. Unless you have no other choice I would source an alternate clinic to fulfill your needs, there are many many out there that do not have such costly and in my opinion outrageous on going costs/appointment regimes.

After many many years of pain & distress, I decided to try out this practice.All the other Doctors from the past were just using me as a cash cow but this practice instantly addressed my situation & created a concise care plan for me.I am healthier then I have ever been & in absolute appreciation that I was able to return to work again.I have now been with this practice for around 6 years now & would recommend them to everyone.

This is the worse medical practice that I have ever been into. I ask to speak with the Practice Manager and he was obviously the cause of the problem.Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere, Silky Oakes Medical Center is a 1000 times better

Doctors, nurses and staff are friendly atmosphere. Receptionists remember patients very well.Bulk bulling is also plus.I have a baby and she had many flu symptoms last 2 months.Receptionists organized Doctors phone consulting over the phone. That's helpful

The Doctors are great here, especially Dr. Yolanda. She has good bedside manner and very re-assuring regarding treatment. She made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be seeing her from now on. The girls in the reception are also very nice and always have a smile on their face. They have always tried to get us booked in soon when needed. Definitely reccomend this clinic!

No sense of keeping remotely close to a schedule. Despite ringing beforehand to check, after an hour of waiting & no one on staff noticing I gave up and left.
