Worst customer service and company ever to deal with.Met them in a Melbourne reed gift fair. Booked for delivery a big clock and Kitchen Sign Board.(Kitchen sign board was supposed to ship out in March) Had a house warming that weekend which i told them clearly.They sent clock which was faulty and couple of small screws already out. They agreed to send another one saying that they have tried and tested.Had to stay home specially to take the delivery of both clocks.Upon receiving the second clock, to my shock it was not working either.Had sent pics and videos to prove them. after a lot argument they agreed to take it back through a friend. It took about 3 weeks for their friend to pick up.Owner (Gary) confirmed with me that the full refund including the Shipping would be refunded.Didnt receive refund for another 3 weeks. After constant follow up with the staff received refund minus the shipping.One of the staff - John (Most arrogant person ever) tell me that the second clock was working and that he is doing me a favour by talking to me and advises his boss john has advised not to refund the shipping. I mean i send them the video and pics that it was clearly not working which they agreed and was ready to refund the whole amount.How can you change your words after committing??Also when asked which date is the Kitchen Sign board coming - they said that they have stopped taking personal order and wont send it to me anymore.My wife wanted that sign board to decorate our kitchen.I was like if you didnt wanted to take personal order why did you took one at first place and took my cc details? All false promises and a guy called John doesnt know how to speak to a customerNever ever buying from them ever.To all people going to Reed gift Fair in Australia, stay away from them.Faulty products and worst customer service is what they do.
