I m Regular customer but poor customer service today went for coffe 5.01am doors still close ask the staff there n he said will open 5.05 am. I was getting late to work so move on my way. Call the store later n lady on the phone said thats company policy due to shoplifting thefts timetable Change. But there is no timeline on the door for customer can see. Not happy with clarification given by her. Cant understand how 5 mins late opening the doors will fix shoplifting or thefts

I will rate highly but minus one due to TELSTRA as I have always had great service when buying and paying for petrol. However, just tried to call to see what times the car wash is open and couldn't get through due to TELSTRA GUARDIAN recording saying to get through need to say name (only gave first name as don't trust Telstra thru bad experience) and press # key. Did twice still wasnt' put thru. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Called in here for a car wash today.The young girl who served me, T...., did not even crack a smile. She was certainly not employed for her happy disposition.A welcoming greeting and a pleasant smile goes a long way and costs nothing.

Went there specifically to avail ampol discount via toyota app. Night shift didnt know how to scan qr code. Proceeded with paying ampol e voucher. He didnt know how to scan that either. Ended up paying with own credit card. Staff needs training.

Really happy with their car service. Came for a quick brake light replacement, and they were happy for me to pay them later when I come back for the car service. Appreciate all the little touch they put into my car. Thanks a lot!

I went to use there vacuum cleaner this afternoon, I inserted 2 one dollar coins as per instructions. It didn't work at all . It's not the $2.00 it's the principal , if you have a self serving equipment make sure it works . I consider this as high way robbery. I wish I had a hammer so I could have retrieve my money.

Long time customer at Caltex Livingston. Had issue with check engine light, Sam and Tim provided excellent service again offering a quick diagnosis of the issue. They could of charge me for different things to fix the issue, but their integrity and honesty to their trade was outstanding. If you need a trusted mechanic, trust these guys as I have been going to Sam for over 10 years
