Awesome service put everything in perspective at difficult times

useless what do you expect from a free service nothing maybe there are some good advocates and i got the rubbish one jamie tiffin where do that get these people just losers on the street that aunt qualified to get a decent job

TASC run quite a professional operation for an organisation that is aimed at assisting the poor & underdogs.

Awful experience. I went with supportive evidence from my GP, Psychiatrist and Clinical Psychologist for a legal matter. The Intake staff didn't even complete the Intake they stated they dont handle those type of legal matters here. I expressed the extent of the matter had left me feeling hopeless

A huge thank you to Julie Ann for all the phone time she provided, assisting me with my applicationand answering sooo many questions. Julie Ann was very patient, concise, a wealth of knowledge, and extremely prompt at returning my calls. Thanks Julie Ann, couldn't have done it without you. Also a shout out to Hayden for kindly giving of his time to patiently print out a mountain of paperwork for me. You're all providing a great service, and will be sure to spread the word.

I brought more than forty pages of evidence. I spent an hour talking to someone, who refused to contact my client (I am representing them via EPOA). After the whole thing, no legal advice was provided.The previous CEO of TASC, Dan Toombs leaked private information.If you are able to have your matter heard in Brisbane I would highly recommend this instead.Worse than legal aid.

I've been spoken to inappropriately by more than one staff member now. I would seek out any other option before ever dealing with TASC again.

Can’t thank the staff especially Felicity for all the help with my legal issues my children and I will be forever grateful the level of service gos above and beyond every time I’ve spoken with any of the team.My matter is ongoing so tasc have been there every step of the way with great advice and knowledge and very compassionate and understanding of the situation making my life a lot less stressful again can’t thank them enough keep up the amazing work we need more services like yours in the community to help people in their time of need your awesome

They discriminate and reprimand disabled people. Avoid!Edith is disgraceful.she does not advocate for human or disability rights. She's breached my human and disability rights on more than one occasion.she is not familiar with the legislation to keep people safe,but even if she was, she still wouldn't act.She's more interested in trying to hide that she eats her eye Crustie's in front of people.its gross.She bails too.she has left me with a planner that is abusing me, she has left me with a plan review in five days with no assessment organised, with a planner that has neglected the beejeezus out of me. She has not dealt with any complaint seriously.she has done NOTHING. She half handles complaints and leaves more of a mess.she doesn't follow up on anything, and, she sides with people that override consent and that breaches privacy. She's a disgraceful human rights advocate.she is not qualified or educated in asd,PTSD,Abi, ADHD or much else as far as I'm aware.She is more interested in a paycheck and protecting her own interests.I'm completely disgusted that human rights advocates, disability rights advocates would allow these situations to continue, without doing anything they are meant to.they would not let me speak to the next person in charge, and I have been completely shut down in every way to try to speak with someone about what they've done!I had to explain legislation and rights to her!! Avoid Edith at this company. Avoid this company.they don't help.they virtue signal, and use toxic positivity to cover their shortcomings.its disgusting. They literally set your autism and brain damage and trauma off, then blame you for it! Whilst not doing anything you've asked for help with!
