EB Games - Rouse Hill

Disgusting customer service, tall man with orange beard and hair was extremely rude, and the assistant manager was no help at all either. Please buy your games elsewhere.

They got a great range of games, toys and accessories. I always get my pre-owned games from these guys at town centre. There is a tall guy and 2 ladies that work there who are super helpful. The really took the time out to go through the games my 5 year old son can play. That to me was great service. Only down side is the shop size apart from that this is my favourite EB games around.

All right store but Not as good as EB Games stanhope gardens

I called EB games and was informed that I can return a game in January due to a special deal and went to return on 24th December and was told that I got fed the wrong information on the call and can't return. I got misinformed by the Eb Games staff and yet they did nothing to help and instead said that they can refuse to serve me if I don't leave when I was extremely kind and asked for the manager or someone as I was given the wrong information which was their staffs fault losing me a lot of money. Instead of calling the manager or helping at all, the man said that I'm ruining his Christmas eve as he wants to leave the store even though there was still an hour left and said it was my fault that I didn't come earlier in the week even though I came within store hours and came before January which is the date I was told. Disgusting customer service.

Bought zelda as a present at preorder price matching jb hifi. The lady who sold it to me said not to worry just tell them when you pick it up, that it was price matched there won't be a problem. When I get there to pick it up, eb games charges an extra $5 because jb hifi increased their price on day of release.When you buy at preorder prices that should be it. And when staff tells you there isn't going to be a problem, on principle you should stick to it.Never buying from EB games, jb hifi is cheaper and better service. They at least stick to the prices they sell them at, at the time they sell them.

Found the young girl there rude and dismissive.Also not well informed with the deals and processes. Should not be staffed on her own if she is that incompetent.

I love eb games. But they don't seem to know what they're doing half the time. I asked about game but they had no idea what I was talking about. Don't get wrong but the staff are nice. They just need to know abit more about gaming...

Good range, friendly and helpful staff BUT heavily over-priced.As an example, trading card games (Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, dragon ball Super etc) are significantly cheaper either through Kmart (probably the best), JB, Big W, Myer (for Pokemon) or through online card shops (yes, even with $10 flat rate shipping, it is still much cheaper when buying larger quantities). One specific example, as per EBs current listing for Yu-Gi-Oh Dark-wing blast booster packs, they are currently $8 per pack whilst writing this. A quick google search shows both Big W and Kmart have them in stock for $6 per pack, and these stores are within the same shopping complex. Don't even get me started on sealed booster boxes from EB.It is a little worrying when some staff are reluctant to price match some (but not all) of their TCG product. I have even seen some booster packs are $4 more expensive per pack on occasion.As for the games, always a great selection but again, I've found prices to be cheaper elsewhere such as Big W, JB or even second hand dealers (for preowned games) such as CEX. I would recommend that instead of just a plain and simple price match"
