Dryspace were great.They had the right solution to fix our basement we have been struggling with for years. We had other companies out and apply a bandaid repair that either didn’t work for long or at all. Or sent the problem elsewhere.They used new technologies to move the water away and keep it away instead of just pushing it elsewhere to cause another problem.It is warranted for 20 years too.My only complaint is that I didn’t use them earlier.

The team from Dryspace were great to deal with! They had solutions to my water problems that nobody else had been able to provide. Couldn’t be happier!

It is absolutely without hesitation that I highly recommend Dry Space Solutions. Always after continuous rain the downstairs area of my home suffered with a lot of water seepage coming through. Jamie and his team have recently come out to waterproof our inside kids room and outside area which flooded in Jan 2020. Jamie was very professional and efficient. I can’t recommend Jaime and the team at DrySpace enough. They actually care! About you and the quality of their work. Jaime is super genuine and he works with you to get the best solution within your budget. The job they did on my place involved serious water management and repair. Jaime has seen it all in terms of water issues and really knows what will work long term. He is also well connected to reliable and good tradies on the Gold Coast for the parts he doesn’t do. It’s now been over three years since my major work was done and I can and have called Jaime to check on the system and ask any questions when I need to. Don’t waste you’re time with anyone else. Dry Space is all you will need.

We first met Jamie and his amazing team in June 2019. His team perfectly water-treated our second bedroom and did a job way better, cleaner and more precisely than a firm we had used earlier on on our Master bedroom and study.In September 2020 we sustained a water leak after some poor plumbing on our kitchen renovation. That leak required us to empty out our lage dinning and living room so that the carpet could be replaced. For a simple, but expensive, kitchen renovation we ended up with more than 30 tradies attending to our home over an eight week period. We were so over interruptions and furniture being stored in our other living spaces. It was very stressful. When our carpet was pulled up we recognised the signs of water damage that had previously affected the other areas of the house. We think have a slab that has been improperly poured and we live in a housing estate build on top of old peat moss. Either way dampness is a problem for us.As soon as we saw the extent of damage in our living/ dining we knew we had to call Jamie. Once again he came to our rescue. We were so relieved to know Jamie and his team at DrySpace had our house in check. DrySpace were able to start our job within two days and that enable us to fit in with a tight timeline set by the insurance company who were recarpetting. The work done by DrySpace was top notch and great care was taken to make sure we and our very indulged cat were unscathed and not too disrupted. We had no dust from grinding of the slab because proper barriers were put in place. The remedial work was seamless.Finding contractors who are excellent and passionate about their work is uncommon. Finding kind ones is even rarer. We think Jamie and Julie's kindness and professionalism shines through the entire DrySpace team and their work. We would recommend them over any other Gold Coast or Brisbane-based water water proofers. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed.There is little we can do to demonstrate our gratitude to DrySpace, writing an honest account of their efforts and our immense appreciation is one.
