The receptionist was unable to tell on phone when I called the clinic in the morning to confirm that I have an appointment with the nurse and I also have appointment with another doctor, that if a patient had two appointments with two doctors on the same day then the second doctor decides if the doctor would see the patient or not. Instead she was confirming my two appointments with a firm tone on the phone. Wasting my time at the clinic when the doctor came out and informed me that she decided not to see me. The receptionist was also not even apologetic for being unable to convey this simple information on phone when I called the clinic earlier, instead was quite rudely repeating, it is the doctor’s decision. This is very unprofessional.

Dr David Lee has been my Dr for near 15 years.He is honest in his decisions for you because I solidly believe not only does his diagnosis be right but He will be clever in understanding you but He is resourceful.He is intelligent enough to know the problem you have with clarity and at times I've felt like He k own your physical & mental health before you do.

I have been coming to this clinic for 5 years and the doctors are great Dr Ban is the best doctor I have met but unfortunately the receptionist there are extremely rude like they are on a power trip disrespecting patients which are actually customers of the clinic. I had one extremely rude girl say to me I have an attitude when to be honest I have never seen anyone as rude and having a bad attitude in manner as this girl. I’m appalled with the way she spoke to me and think she should learn how to speak to people

My mum waited over an hour to see a doctor she just double books in total 6 appointments before mum and still books her in for the same time. Terrible service if you ask me

Way to long wait times I don’t know why they double book people on same time schedule

Never has availability no matter when I call always fully booked. They are closest doctors to me and can never even go there. They also take too long to answer the phone it’s frustrating.

Waited over an hour to see a doctor. What's the point of making an appointment if you're going to make people wait. If you can't keep your appointment time don't book it, or don't overbook.

Met Josephine Ayad, Diabetic Educator, what an amazing, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to educator. Right away she made me feel comfortable, really listened to my ailments, took great care with my wellbeing and needs. I will be back to see her again. Really have to agree with the majority of reviews on here. The doctors are good, but the receptionists at this clinic really diminish the overall experience. I had booked an appointment for a family member who has a very rigid work schedule that really clashes with the business hours of the clinic. I was finally able to book an appointment and was finally relieved. When we went to the clinic the day of the appointment, we we were told that they weren’t accepting new patients, even though I had told the previous receptionist that while I had been to the clinic before, the person I was booking for hadn’t. The receptionist on the day was super rude, and took no responsibility for the situation. When we had said that they had booked the appointment knowing all of this, we were told that it wasn’t their problem, and that we had to leave. The receptionists have no integrity or care for their job. Imagine my surprise a couple days later when I received a letter in the mail stating that my ENTIRE family, including several children were no longer welcome to the clinic. It is absolutely ridiculous. The business model of this clinic needs a serious update, and all members of staff, including management need to value their jobs enough to uphold their own words and promises. I would seriously recommend everyone to skip this medical clinic, and go elsewhere if you would like a family doctor who listens and values your opinions. I would’ve assumed that the people they put forward as age face of their clinic would be more respectful and have more integrity towards the patients they see everyday. We were essentially kicked out of a clinic we were going to for quite some time just because the receptionists seemingly decide who is worthy of an appointment depending on their mood at the time, despite being given all the information. The management really needs to set a better standard as who they are putting forward as the face of their business.
