Bump It Up
Bump It Up is the ONLY exercise class I’ve ever enjoyed (pregnant or not!). It’s so much fun, it’s a joy to move my body. Jacqui and her team are experts in exercise during and after pregnancy so I felt really safe. Even when it became painful to walk and move during my third pregnancy, Jacqui made sure I was strengthening the muscles that would help and coaching me to move in a way that wouldn’t make my pain worse.Birth is a marathon and I’ve had the strength and endurance to birth all three of my babies into water thanks, in part, to this super fun exercise class.Now, postnatally, I’m able to rebuild my core strength and glutes again while having lots of fun. And I can bring my baby or older kids along if I need to (but let’s be honest, I like my time alone!)

This is a beautiful safe place to work out, the trainers listen to what you need and adapt the programs accordingly. There's an amazing focus on safely exercising within each individuals ability. I love training here.

Bump It Up
What a wonderful gym with the most supportive trainers... I found Jac and Lauren when I was pregnant with my first and they were able to motivate and support me to exercise during my entire pregnancy. She knows what she's doing focusing on the right muscles. Doing good without doing harm. I felt very safe when exercising. My labour was 5 hours, and I believe that having exercised effectively during pregnancy that helped me.I am pregnant again and back with Bump it up. I love how they will modify exercises and tailor them based on needs. Most of all, I'm always excited to go :) Even when I think I'm too tired to roll out of bed with pregnancy exhaustion, I will still go and enjoy myself.

Bump It Up
I really struggled to find my grove juggling being a new mum and getting back into shape. I’m so glad I have found bump it up fitness, the girls have given me the push I needed. They will modify any exercises if needed and do a great job of assisting mums pre and postnatally who may need extra help or need to take extra care. They really know their stuff and always give me the little extra push I need at times! 100% would recommend, love their work!

Bump it up is amazing! The community here is just awesome, the workouts are great and the knowledge of the trainers is incredible. I've learnt so much and only a few weeks. Sessions are super Baby/ kid friendly, it's so nice to have children welcomed in a space rather than just tolerated. Would highly recommend.

Bump It Up
I'm so glad I found bump it up! Jacqui gave me confidence to start back exercising after my second bub and I can't thank her enough. Bump it up is such a supportive environment where you can take your kids with you, have fun, and learn a lot while exercising. The team is very knowledgeable and can modify exercises to support mums pre and postnatally, which you don't get at your average gym.

Bump It Up
I cannot recommend Bump it up Fitness Mitchell highly enough. After I had my second bub I really wasn't sure how to get back into the gym but Jacqui and Lauren gave me confidence to start back and to push myself. I really love how it is a community and not just a gym, you get to connect with other mums and the best part is you can bring your little ones with you which makes it so much easier to make time to exercise!

Bump It Up
I started at Bump it Up when 28 weeks pregnant and am so glad I did! According to my women’s health physio (who Jacqui from Bump it Up recommended) I came out of pregnancy in really good shape, and that’s at least partly because I was able to safely stay fit throughout. I’ve also gone back since having my baby, and it’s such a supportive environment for an anxious first time mum. Highly recommend, especially for any mums or mums to be out there.
