Firstly it was the great service and how easy Jess was to work with even when i felt i was a pain changing my mind on a couppe things.Than when the product arrived, to say i was impressed was a real under statement. Quality of print and design, quality of material all out standing. And for me sizing is a worry when i order online, but the sizing on the shirts are all bang on.Amazing work Jess. Wont be too long before i am back for another round of polos.Anyone out there looking for a custom shirt for ya team or trip away, do yaself a favour and go through The Direct Co. Wont be let down one but.

Jessica, was incredible to work with on customising a shirt for my fathers 60th birthday. She was very quick to reply and to draw up some sketches that brought to life the design I was hoping for. Working with Jessica was a pleasure, she was helpful, listened to what I was after, provided a number of designs and then made some further changes based on my feedback with no hesitation. Jessica’s responses to my emails were prompt and answered any queries I had. She was also very patient when it took a few weeks to get approval before I could give her the go ahead. The end product is exactly what we wanted, the order arrived within the timeframe expected and we had an unexpected surprise with each towel packaged individually so they look so professional and that we spent way more than we did.
