Campbell Allen-Craig of GROW Building and Design and his team have delivered a top-quality build of my new home in Point Lonsdale and have exceeded my expectations. Campbell is an excellent builder, project manager and communicator. At each stage of the build process, from initial contract discussions to completion he was collaborative and always informed about options when needed. This build occurred during COVID and Campbell was forwarding thinking and creative in how to secure building supplies which were in short supply. Any variations were discussed and documented, and Campbell’s monthly accounting of expenditure was always accurate and transparent.Campbell has a strong and respectful relationship with the architect, Jeremy Bishop and there was good conversation along the way to deal with any detailing that arose during construction, as well as ensuring the smooth approval of necessary permits.The GROW team of builders are all highly skilled, very welcoming and took considerable pride in their work. Their attention to details shows, from matching up variations in external paneling to ensuring the many facets of carpentry all lined up. It was great they enjoyed building my home as much as I do now living in it. Campbell has a strong network of subcontractors who worked well with his dedicated team and delivered on time.I also appreciated, as did the neighbours, the team’s attention to ensuring the build had minimal impact on the neighbourhood and my garden. A well-ordered site is a sign of a great builder!Having lived in my beautiful home for three months with my intergenerational family and friends, the quality of the build and design is often commented on. There have been very few details that have required follow up and Campbell has been timely in attending to these matters. As a local builder, Campbell or one of his team is always just around the corner. I can highly recommend GROW Build and Design for their excellence in the building and delivering my new home.

GROW helped us through the entire building process for our home garage and outdoor shower. The quality of build, the timing of completion and the friendly and helpful team made for a great exeprience. We would highly recommend the team and would certainly use Campbell, Tess and the team again.

Campbell and his crew were with us for a number of months, doing interior remodelling of our toilet/laundry and kitchen, and then rebuilding our deck/balcony (which due to its height required a lot of technical expertise). They were professional and courteous, easy to work with and all-around lovely people. Campbell is very knowledgeable and the tradespeople he contracts are very skilled. They were all respectful of our house and family. The finished product is lovely and he did a great job helping us realise our vision. He worked well with the architects, building inspectors and engineers too. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Campbell again or to recommend him to friends and family.

We cannot compliment Campbell and his Grow team enough for the work they undertook in the construction of our new home in Point Lonsdale over the last 12 months. Their professionalism, expertise and workmanship is first class and their attention to detail cannot be faulted. Campbell’s knowledge in all aspects of construction and finish of the end product is amazing. The service he and his team, including their sub trades, provided was outstanding. Nothing was ever a problem, with pride taken in ensuring our needs were met which has resulted in a first class finish.
