My experience has not been good.paid for goods on 27 April 2023 and yet to have a delivery date confirmed and no one from ILS will get back to me.Unfortunately this app doesn't allow me to do less than one star.

Spent $1696 on 2 batteries for a scooter literally a month ago so if you are in a hurry go to another provider also had a scooter delivered to me in March/April with a broken mirror and had to wait over a month for 1 part to be delivered only to find out that my issue had been forgotten about I certainly won't be using ILS Robina ever in the future..........

I am someone who has to see a physio quite frequently because I am very injury prone and every time I have to buy equipment I come to ILS Robina as they always provide great service and are very kind and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Absolutely pathetic excuse for a company.... waiting months for a brake for wheelchair, now they all too gutless to answer and say they will call you back which never happens and end up in you hurting yourself..... go to a real company that actually cares about people and selling products
