Update : Betty’s have responded to my review below asking me to email them, I emailed them a week ago, they haven’t responded.First off let me say, the staff are lovely, the thick shakes are amazing and it’s a great location.We visited yesterday (and yes it was a 2 for 1 burger day) but the quality of the burgers was really below average, the outside of the patty was REALLY hard, like crunchy, which let the entire burger down.It took 25 minutes for our order to be made (yes they were busy with takeaway orders) but the staff apologised with a free shake (which was great) unfortunately we won’t be coming back, waste of money on the burgers.

I have visited a few Betty’s so far since one of my good friends is also keen to treat himself with some juicy burgers.Personally I am not a big burger person, but I do enjoy burger places when hangout with mates.To me Betty’s comes with a sense of retro, and every time I visited, the service I received was always good.So I am giving a 5 star review for aesthetics and good memories.

Came back for a second time in my visit in Australia. I’m from London and haven’t had it before. It was super tasty both times, and met my diner craving. I ordered a peanut butter milkshake which Nicole made perfectly! Also had The shroom burger with a plant based patty. The bread mushroom with oozing melted cheese was yummy! Chicken strips had lovely batter and were crispy . I will miss it here!

Took 20 mins to get a Betty's Deluxe whilst I watched some kid bully this other kid. Overpriced burgers. 1 slice of bacon costs 4 dollars and didn't taste as good as I thought.

We came up to Sydney for a few days for my birthday and we didn’t want to go anywhere overly fancy. I’ve had Betty’s Burgers before and I didn’t think anything that highly of it but this store redeemed the Betty name! The service was accurate and fast, the food was made in an efficient time and served nice and hot. I absolutely loved how soft the buns were and all of the flavours complimented each other.

As far as burgers go, those from ‘Betty’s Burgers’ are decent enough. They taste good, look great, are nicely sized, seldom disappoint and are adequately priced. Just watch out for the pesky pigeons and seagulls, which can be a nuisance.

Quick and efficient service! Burgers were fresh and hot downed with some chilled beers before the show! I am not a fan of the milk bun but that’s what they are known for! Have a go! Prices were reasonable for what we got!

it was a very good burger. i love the patties, not a big fan of the bun its too soft for me and sweet. Also asked for no pickles and onions, on my last two bites i saw a couple of diced onions stamped below the bun. kind of gives me an ick, because imh ik its a messy workplace. but its alright.i ordered the betty’s double and a vanilla milkshake. the milkshake wasnt as good for my taste.

Hungry in a late afternoon after we checked in to the hotel, we dropped by this little burger chain in front of the Tumbalong Park which was filled with children having fun with the water features. We had a Betty’s Classic and a Onion Ring to share. The burger was excellent, came with substantial amount of fresh lettuce and a large juicy slide of beef patties. The source was a great compliment with the whole burger. Onion rings was crispy with tasty batter, and we would just wish it to be bigger or more.

American style burgers only better!Cheese burgers, chips, and chicken tenders are consistently great. Now, they even serve their own beer, which only make the place even better. I know its petty, but i hope they stop selling sauces and including it in their meals.
