Amazing bus company have nice clean buses and they have amazing kind bus drivers

Friendly, helpful office staff. Great drivers. Very happy with this service. Twice my son left his wallet on the bus and the driver let the office know that he was keeping the wallet safe as he knew my son (recognised his photo from his school ID in the wallet), and handed the wallet back to my son the next day.

I love this bus company because. The bus drivers are really nice there and they do a really good job of keeping their busses clean and tidy.

Gave Debbie feedback on the current driver of my childrens' school run. She dismissed it. Bus will arrive early and drive off, Alo pretends to not see students running and hailing the bus, they thought they were early for.6yrs they have caught SCT buses, with only minor complaints. Previous driver was fabulous, unlike the current driver S10Update. Buses no longer run early, since phoning bus company on a day the bus ran through too early.Still a constant complaint about Alo. Stood over my child because they closed the blind by their seat and he doesn't want to have to open it at the end of the bus run. Kids are literally counting down to a new year with a new driver.Special mention to Steve. If the kids see him driving they always tell me he's the best!

Drivers that intentionally attempt to cause accidents thereby risking the safety of their passengers and other road users.Administration that doesn’t take complaints about drivers seriously.
