Had to wait for call 30+ minutes.Got my license suspended without any fine, came to know it was overdue balance, when checked with attendant he said everything is paid. Do you guys give hard time on purpose or what?

I've been on the phone for 3 days to revenue nsw. And in those 3 days I've spent 6 hours waiting for no one to answer . I'm a working person and they close at 7 . I get off at 5.30 so I call straight away for no one to answer. I've called in my lunch breaks and after work . The waiting time is far to long to sort a matter out that can take a few mins . This is unfortunately getting a 1 star review as it has cost me valuable time over a fine I had forgotten to pay . Now if I had to charge what I get paid hourly at work this has well exceeded the fine I've had to pay . Which I've already paid but they have not lifted the license suspension . This has now cost me hundreds of dollars for a 150 dollar fine . Not cool

Understand why it's not called fines and demerits, because it seems like they're just there to raise revenue from the public even charging a fee for paying with a card what a joke.

bunch of lifeless mutts the people that do the fines, fine you for anything when it comes to parking. copped 283$ fine for my front wheel being parked on a yellow line even tho people park in that same spot everyday and get away wit it. they dont care that im 19 in uni working part time, just slap me with a huge fine for my front wheels being parked on a pathetic strip of paint, not actually getting in the way or disrupting other cars or pedestrians. no point even asking for a review or reconsideration, tried everytime i've had an incident and they just disregard it everytime the dogs

Would give no stars if I could. Received a fine for stopping a BROKEN DOWN car on a clear way. I asked for a review and still came back saying I had to pay. Do people have no common sense. How am I expected to move a broken car ?

Hopeless! I got a parking fine for 1 minute while the ranger was simply waiting close to my car. I could see the whole scene with a witness from the building as the lift got stuck. Applied for review and denied even if I had witness and evidences. Called landline and the girl played the card “don’t be rude, don’t shout at me!” When I was just explaining my case. What a waste of public money!!!

Suspend my licence 1day before Christmas for God knows why, went into police station and no traffic infringement and no one's available until the 2nd what an absolute joke thanks for fing up my christmas and the kids . We can't go anywhere

Heartless. I recieved a fine whilst rescuing an extremely injured cat which had been dumped on a council pile. I tried to dispute it with proof from the vet I attended to no avail. Cost me a lot but would do it again for anything or anyone that needed help.

Will fine a medically exempt person for riding an electric scooter that they can't prove is powered at the time, and then for $700 'riding an unregistered vehicle' after they couldn't get the helmet fine or mask fine to stick. Instead of $78 like what the normal clause says.How about you lose the ability to run at 18 years due to crushed knee cartilage, and see what it's like to stay in bed for 6 months? Maybe that'll make you reconsider the fine.

So unhappy with having to pay a fine that didn't make sense. I parked for free 2 hours and somehow got charged for going over 2 hours when i actually didn't arrive at the time the meter said. I had proof of the time I arrived and when I paid the meter but still not good enough somehow my fault. Could've been nice and excused it during this renting/money crisis. That is now not going towards important things
