Rodney's Plants Plus

Great combination of shopping for gardening while enjoying a meal with family and friend at the cafe.

For the second time, I have made a phone order to Rodney's Plants Plus to organise a gift for my best friend in Canberra (I am interstate). On both occasions, have been treated with warmth, enthusiasm, and knowledge for the products and possibilities in gifting. Lou (on the phone) provided me with options, gave thoughtful opinions, and expert customer service. My BFF now has a gorgeous potted olive tree in an Italian terracotta pot to commemorate her Nonno who lived and died in Tasmania. Thanks Rodney's! The only thing I'd wish for is that Rodney's wouldn't outsource their delivery option so that it was a bit more affordable. Otherwise, a perfect and easy experience!

Great place to visit, whether it's to buy plants or buy a gift. An amazing selection of things to peruse.The cafe was also a lovely place for a cuppa and cake.

One of the best plant nurseries in Canberra. The Devonshire tea was perfect. Large serving of jam and cream and the scones were fresh and fluffy. A huge assortment of plants and ornaments. A perfect place to absorb nature, reflect with friends and a great day out to buy plants.

Have made this the stop of choice on our way to and from the snowies 2 years in a row. If you want a place with outstanding food, service and location where everything is served in what is an outstandingly fast time, this is the place for you. Extremely kid friendly too with a play area for little kids to stretch their legs. 5 stars!

Really nice selection and service! There was a strong range of plants and flowers, as well as water features and garden items.There is a cafe and BBQ stand inside (well there was when we were there on a Sunday) which looked busy. I didn’t get a chance to try any food unfortunately.Parking can be a problem on the weekend so be prepared to park outside.

Maria was so helpful as we had no idea. She was knowledgeable, patient and helped us to plan our courtyard garden. We’re super happy with our decision and now beautiful garden. Thanks Maria, you’re awesome!
