I was lucky enough to have all of my children's hands and feet done by Lyn. You will have to wait a few months but it will be something you will treasure for a very long time! It is worth the wait. I cannot be happier with the product. Thank you Lyn.

I had my son's hand and feet created in December 2017. It ended up being more than I expected and budgeted for but it is beautiful, I love it.

Took a ridiculous 6 months for some hand and feet moulds to be done for our sick babies. If she spent as much effort on the moulds as she did the excuses of why they weren't done we would have had them months ago.Overall appearance, small for a large cost, white frame has dirty hand prints on corners that are also misaligned and not a clean finished look.Moulds them selves are a dusty semi dirty matt finish.Engraved plaque is messy and small. Semi cursive lower case letters that you need to get really close to read.All of this is in comparison to our last moulds done by memory lane impressions which was half the price and twice the quality but booked out when we needed them done.Overall rating, furiously disgusted that we got charged over $500 for something we had to wait half a year for and hear nothing but poor excuses to the point I said I was picking the moulds up finished or not for them to actually get done.Sorry Lyn, but excuses don't cut it when it's something so important for a family to have.

really terrible experience, the owner was only interested in talking about herself! Product not good quality and wait times were way too long - approx.2 months+. Really poorly run business - avoid them at all costs

I got my 1st borns hands and feet moulds done here. After my partner recommended lyn to me as he had his son's moulds done from her 14yrs ago. Although I was very happy with the finished product when we finally received it. The 6 month wait time was not good enough. Especially for the overall price we had paid at the start before we were finally given the finished product. We were told in October 2022 that the latest we would have the product was early January 2023. However we never heard anything from Lyn, until I contacted her in the middle of Feb 2023. I believe because of this reason we then finally received the finished product nearly another 4 weeks later. The finished product was fortunately beautiful and we were very happy with it. However, it wasn't 6 months worth of work. Because of this reason, and the amount that we paid at the start, and for the excessive length of wait time, I would not go here again in the future. Nor would I recommend this business to others. Which is a shame to say, but sorry Lyn. The lack of communication from you, and the ridiculous length of wait time for something that cost so much and is so sentimental and special to your customers, isn't good enough, and I think your customers deserve a lot more from you.
