Really lovely staff. Every time I visit this salon i leave feeling great. Always happy to trust them with my hair you can tell they actually care.

I recently had a blow dry and the stylist I had was terrible, inexperienced and didn’t listen to the brief which was really straight forward. I went straight home and washed my hair directly after leaving the salon.

I went to Tigerlamb not too sure exactly what to do with my hair. I was in contact with Helen first who was a pleasure to deal with via email and could not have been more helpful or accomodating assisting me with booking an appointment. Natalie then looked after my hair on the day and the service was exceptional by far the best experience I have had with a hairdresser to date! She took the time to sit with me, figure out what I want and then show me some pictures of the look she thought she could achieve and to be fair I think what she did achieve was some excellent work. Natalie completely transformed my hair from a grown out brassy balayage into a perfectly blended perfectly cut style to suit the shape of my face. I could not recommend Natalie and the salon highly enough and if I am ever back in Brisbane will definitely be stopping in to get my hair done again. Thanks Tigerlamb team you were all an absolute pleasure ☺️

Tigerlamb are so professional from the minute you walk in the fabulous store. The salon is stylish and so comfortable, the staff are professional and fabulous and you are treated so well from start to finish. The attention to detail shows how much they care about the experience they give you in store. So recommend this business if you are thinking about a change or looking for a new hairdresser x

First rate ,gold star treatment yet again at this beautiful salon.Laura Ann is a hair genius who has transformed my hair over the past year.Highly knowledge and professional, she always diligently consults with me about what I want and uses her expertise to advise on what is achievable for me personally. She has also set me up with some amazing home products, nothing excessive just the right shampoo and conditioner, but it’s worked wonders on condition of my hair.( as she told me it would!). Her passion for her job is also mirrored in all the staff I’ve dealt with when I visit. They all seem to love what they do.Laura Ann and all the down to earth staff here have created a beautiful, welcoming salon and I love coming here to be pampered and always love the results

Finding your perfect hairstylist can sometimes be harder than finding your perfect date. Glad to say I’m practically married to this salon. Kellie and her team are always welcoming and amazing every time I visit and I always leave feeling (and looking) fabulous.

After being a loyal client for 2 years - paying between $200 - $300 every 6 weeks without fail, was advised today after booking my next appointment, that I must pay a holding deposit of $50.Whilst I appreciate that you have clients not showing up for appointments, why penalise your loyal regular clients who do show up for appointments?This means that if I paid the $50 deposit today, this amount rolls over and over with each appointment I make.What happens if I decide to move to another salon? Ie: not cancel my next appointment, just not make another appointment, how do I get a refund of my $50?Sounds a bit fishy to me?I now have 6 weeks to find another hairdresser and I really felt sorry for Ali today as she has been my hairdresser and she is fantastic. I did ask Ali to ask the owners to give me a call.

I have been with Tigerlamb for many years, but today I have to review them with a big 5 stars! I had mucked up my appointment by booking the wrong week. I was leaving for holidays and even though the stylists were busy, they juggled their schedules and lunch breaks to fit me in - All the time with lovely smiles and of course I walked out with the signature Tigerlamb quality cut and colour. Highly recommend this professional and friendly business.
