Studio one nails

I wish i could give them zero!! I went here for the second time thinking maybe the first time they were too busy to do a job they get paid for. This time i went on a monday at a time when there was no one else. These people are not trained and they dont care about how they are doing the nails. Everything was rushed- from filing to putting tips to dipping sns. Now i am left with crooked nails with no finishing at all. The girl sanded my nail so hard that my cuticle ended bleeding. No apology whatsoever and kept on rubbing my nails as if nothing happened. SNS was super thick and looked ugly. Save your time and money trust me this place is not worth it!!!

Not one to do google reviews, but I have left the salon feeling totally disgusted.The man who did my nails today, was grossly unhygienic. Dirty hands and constantly wiping his nose, then coughed on my hands twice while doing my nails.Secondly, he also cut me twice. I had to advise him to stop going so low with the machine as he was cutting into my skin and hurting me, causing them to bleed. He was not paying attention.I also had to ask for an Alcohol wipe or some anti bacterial…. This is common knowledge that if you cut a client (which if he was not carelessly rushing, would not have happened) standard practice would be to sterilize the area right away to reduce risk of infection….Why am I, the client asking for this?Thirdly, while he was shaping my nails ( I asked for a simple shape) my nail shape was done wonky. No matter how many times I asked the shape to be fixed, he simply could not do it. All I wanted was square nails….Just as I thought it couldn’t get any worse, when he was up to the part to paint my nails, he was not painting all the way down to where my nail ends, meaning, the polish ends too soon from where my nails actually start- It looks like I need refills already while polish is also missing from the sides and tops of my nails.My feet were supposed to be done, but I mentally couldn't sit there any longer with how disgusted I felt sitting there.Would I recommend? No wayyyyy

I have been here before, nails popped off quickly. Tried going there again for a quick nail removal as my nails grown out and were pulling my real nails off. Also wanted a new set. Man addressing me was very rude and dismissive. Would not recommend. If they’re rude to potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat paying ones.

Never going back here again. I went here because I usually go to this mall. But the service was bad. I got shellac done which at first they did for have the colours i wanted and at the third time came with a colour i chose. The nails weren’t filled properly and after one day started chipping off then i went to the shop after a few days they said that’s because my nails are weak and would recommend sns but will charge. Like they ruined my function for which i got them done plus not refilling them. Very poor!

My visit to this nail salon was an absolute nightmare.The man who did my nails displayed a shocking lack of hygiene and disregard for basic sanitary practices. He did not wear a face mask or gloves, and his hands were visibly dirty throughout the entire service. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the salon.To my surprise, instead of using a proper nail cutter, he used a buffing machine to cut my nails. This method was not only unprofessional but also resulted in a wonky nail shape. Despite my request for him to fix the shape, he did a poor job, leaving my nails looking uneven and unattractive.Not only was his work rushed, but he also lacked patience and attention to detail. The entire process felt hurried, and he seemed more interested in completing the service quickly than in providing a satisfactory outcome. As a result, he even cut my skin with the machine, causing pain and discomfort that still lingers.Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the place was deeply disappointing. The salon was unkempt and dirty, which added to the overall negative experience. On top of everything, the man's demeanor was extremely rude and dismissive, showing a complete disregard for customer service.

I would not recommend this salon at all……do not respect appointment times at all…booked for 12:30 didn’t even start my nails till 1..I got a full set by Lilly (she is lovely and very gentle with my nails).Also booked a pedicure for myself and my partnerThey took me to the pedicure basin in which I sat for 25 mins waiting to be seen to in which the owner told me she took a break and couldn’t do it till she came back ….at this stage I was already quite annoyed and over the whole experience……I watched 7 people come in for pedicures after me and they all left before I did….iThey also cut my partners nail and his skin around the toe which he was bleeding quite a lot from it.Definitely will not be going back there
