Unlike the bigger chains Danny consistently provides kind, caring and professional service. I have moved out of the area but continue to return to Danny are because of his excellent service.

Hallam Edgecliff has been our pharmacy of choice for a couple of years now, the staff is always super friendly and eager to help you find the best option to suit your needs. I highly recommend this place!

Worst experience - went there to buy some melatonin on my husband's request as he had an upcoming overseas work trip and heard it would help jet lag. The guy was so extremely unhelpful and rude, and when I said I dont know anything about melatonin and would like to know more he just shrugged. I said 'well will it help to sleep on a flight?' he just laughed and shrugged. I asked about jet lag he looked at me blankly and pushed it towards me. And after I asked a few more times he eventually agreed it should be fine". Came to find out later that it is a medication for seniors!!! Over 60s only! and I don't look older than 35 so either the pharmacist there needs glasses

The Pharmacist here Danny has went above and beyond for my family on many occasions. He has waited for us past closing time and other occasions even went out of his way to get much needed medicines.Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a person that cares and is trustworthy.

Simply the best pharmacy going around. Danny (pharmacist) and the team are so friendly, patient and helpful. Everything is well priced too. What a great place.

Awesome empathetic service. Always willing to help you stay on top of scripts and whatever other questions you might help. Have never had a pharmacy go so above and beyond, genuinely a great group of people.

My wife had a terrible experience collecting an item that was delivered to the pharmacy - the staff were unhelpful and basically incompetent and failed to locate the item.. their excuses being they only worked there 1 day / week and were locums - finally found out the item was in fact there after I had to spend 30 minutes on a phone call to the Philippines to track the item( when they finally were made to realize it was in fact there) .. why take on accepting deliveries if you have neither the interest or the appropriately trained staff to do the job properly? Can assure you we won’t be using this chemist for our pharmacy needs and Toll shouldn’t be using them as a delivery centre ..

The staff at Hallam under the leadership of Danny, are the most professional, friendly, kind, helpful, efficient, in the business. They make their customers feel welcome as if they're family. Here I've run out of superlatives!pharmacy.

Best pharmacy in the Eastern suburbs. Danny and the rest of the friendly staff are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. The staff always take the time to help you with any problems you have no matter how small or big the matter is.
