sales man was great at trying to get us to buy. but lacked the thought to call us back to tell us our stock was in. forgot to process the order as laybuy. store man didnt know about our order we had to wait and ring again another day. took 10 days to get a product that was sitting in the store all the time

Unfortunately my experience has been Poor, LET ME EXPLAIN. ordered a large BBQ with x2 cabinets of one has a sink in early July of 2021 and was promised stock in a month. If not they would use the display stock to make up the package in a verbal conversation with the sales rep at the time of purchase. however this did not eventuate? We then received bits and pieces of the BBQ over the coming months up to October of 2021 - THEN nothing, after chasing weekly Erina BBQ, understandably this year with covid and shipping issues its tough. However, a phone call or Email wouldn't go astray! AND AS OF NOW WE ARE STILL awaiting the sink for the BBQ as of 24th December 2021!!!!!!!I

Staff was amazing from the phone call to loading our Traegar into the vehicle!All staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and kind.We were visiting from Canada and purchasing a gift for our daughter and partner, and we highly recommend this location!Their patio furniture looked exceptional in quality and the pricing was fantastic! We took pics to show the kids, suggesting it be their next addition to their patio!Excellent!

I thought I would share my disappointing experience; 24th November I checked with Staff Member 1 prior to ordering the BBQ as I needed it for Christmas and the BBQ was in stock in a warehouse Sydney and at the time of the order, I was told it was unlikely to be at Erina that weekend but would definitely be there by the following 11/12 December. I order the BBQ and cover that morning and paid my deposit.15th December I called to check if it had arrived, and was told it was not in Erina and someone would check and give me a call back – no one called18th December I called and spoke to Staff Member 2 who confirmed the BBQ had not arrived and he would check on delivery, he called me back and advised the supplier was not open on Saturday he had sent them an email he would be at work on Monday he would check and he would call me back.20th December after not receiving a call form Staff Member 2, I went into the store on Monday afternoon. I asked to speak with Staff Member 2, turns out there are two staff members with the same name, a middle aged gent who served me (he was quite helpful) and a younger gent who when asked if he had spoken with me on Saturday said he didn’t know anything about it and disappeared out the back. When I mentioned there should be an email on their system It was confirmed it was the younger of the two.I was then advised that the order from BBQ’s Galore to the supplier actually comes from the head office and was sent through to the supplier on the 8th December (2 weeks after my order).The staff member told me he would not be at work the next day and he would leave a message for Staff Member 1 to call me in the morning with an update.21st December No call came so I called Staff Member 1 late Tuesday, she had not followed up with the supplier but said she would check and get back to me. She did call after 5pm to advise she had not been able to speak to anyone but she would be in on Wednesday at 10am and would call them before she started on the floor.22nd December Staff Member 1 called to say she had a tracking number and it may be delivered that day but more likely Thursday.23rd Thursday I called and asked for Staff Member 1 who was busy, I then had a phone call from Staff Member 3 to tell me the BBQ was in a warehouse in Sydney (the same story I was told 1 month prior) it would not be here for Christmas and he could not tell me when it would get to Erina.Aside from the obvious inconvenience and disappointment of having to host a Christmas day without the BBQ, It’s the lack of ownership of a problem or desire to provide a positive outcome for a customer that I have found most frustrating. I still don’t have the BBQ or any idea when it will arrive.

Had our first experience with Patrick today and was a great experience. His knowledge and mannerisms are superb! We drove down from Maitland to get some stock that wasn't available at out local stores and we will be making the extra trip there from now on just for his quality service. Thanks again mate!
