I phone Plumbcall at 8.30 a.m., Cameron said he would be around in 20 minutes and he was. I had a laundry full of running water from a 250 litre hot water service. Cameron had his team so organized that a replacement hot water service was installed that morning. He had the electrician lined up and organized removal of the old hot water service. I thank him and his staff for a great effort and cannot believe how prompt their service was.

When I contacted I was feeling quite stressed as my toilet was unusable, and it was outside of normal hours, and the day before a public holiday. Mitch was very helpful he helped me through a temporary fix so that I didn't have to pay for the out of hours call-out fee. Mitch arrived promptly this morning, fixed the problem, and I couldn't have asked for any better service. I would definitely recommend.

When your gas hot water stops working on Easter weekend….who you gonna call?!?Cameron was quick to contact us and come out to check our 12yo gas hot water system. New system needed to be installed and this was arranged for the next day. Super appreciative of the quick turnaround. Nice warm showers are always a bonus. He also did a few other quick jobs for us while he was out.

Plumbers arrived the same day as booking made. Corey contacted 1/2 hour before arrival. the work that he and is offsider performed was excellent. they also tided up and removed old piping. the price charged was very reasonable.very impressed and will use Plumbcall again. Well done Guys !

Once again Cameron came to the rescue. No fuss installation of new hot water system. Total professional, identified other issues and corrected them. Nothing was too much or too difficult to complete whilst completing installation. Job Site left spotless and all for a very reasonable price. High recommended and a life long customer. Thank You.

Would highly recommend Plumbcall. I requested an appointment online, within an hour I had one of the team contact me with a booking time for the same day. The team were friendly and knowledgeable and didn't take them long to complete the job. I would definitely go with Plumbcell again for future jobs.

Was having problems with our old hot water system and contacted plumbcall on a Friday and had a new hot water heater installed and working on Monday morning. Seems to be hard to get a plumber lately but plumbcall guys are the only ones that have been available the same day.
