Went for an inspection today and nobody showed up. I called the agent (Clementina Tralongo) a few minutes after the inspection was scheduled and it rang twice and went to voicemail. Then I called the office and they said they would call her and get back to me. Nobody called me back and I wasted about 40 minutes of my time waiting around.

We had a terrible experience with Clementina Tralongo, it would be the WORST experience my partner and I have experienced with a real estate agent.Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to break the lease, when we notified Clementina 2.5 months in advance (to make sure there was clear communication long in advance) and informed her we would find another renter ourselves so it would not trouble her, she responded very unprofessionally (and rude).Each communication with her was unpleasant, and left us a negative impression.When the time came for final inspection before the new renter moved in, Clementina informed us she would come to inspect the place on a given day, however without any communication she did not turn up that day. Later when the new renter moved in, we were informed she came for the inspection, there was no communication from her to us.We can see Clementina is in the position of Branch Manager/Partner, to think someone who is at this position would provide such terrible experience and leave this kind of impression on us is mind boggling. We will not be recommending her or Dingle Partners to any of our friends/family in the future.

I have to say, I have never found a better rental agency in my life. I have been with Dingle Partners for the past two years approximately and they have been the easiest company to work with and the best! My current agent Clementina goes out of her way to ensure that me and everyone else is happy. They genuinely care about their tenants, as Clementina has demonstrated. Sign up process was very easy, and the apartment I got is beautiful, especially for the price! I would not recommend any other agency other than Dingle Partners. Thank you Clementina for making my accomodation journey so efficient, cost effective and simple!!

I was told that there was no room available at the hotel and that we were to be moved to another hotel much further out of the Melbourne CBD. This hotel was significantly cheaper, and not to the standard of our original booking. The man at the concierge claimed that a family at the hotel had COVID, and that there were no rooms left however, when we visited this morning, he was arranging rooms for multiple people in the lobby. I also understand in Australia that there is no mandatory isolation policy and therefore, this family could have left the hotel and relocated. We understand that we were offered an alternative by the hotel manager, however, being two young girls in a city where we don’t live, we felt extremely unsafe relocating to this area of the city. Further, we had to book last-minute accommodation which cost us $125 more than our original booking.

Clementina has been awful to deal with over the phone. We have been with this agency for 6 months and have already had a massive amount of issues, from the lease “apparently” not being signed when we had 2 months of living there, everyone had signed it and we even provided a copy of our signed lease.. we had to resign. Our agent is Peter Grande and he can’t do his job which is really evident as he doesn’t respond to emails, message or phone calls. As tenants in one of their houses it’s been a nightmare when we moved in the grass was knee height, there is mould from the previous residents that is in the grout itself, the trees in the back yard are overgrown and leaning on the neighbour’s fences in all directions and due to it being so thick the grass has started dying. They have only ordered a green waste bin but nothing else. They claim that it’s not a lack of their trying but a lack of contractors wanting to take these jobs on however this sounds like a straight out lie. We are promised time and time again we will receive and email or a call back THE SAME DAY, yet this never happens. We are chasing and chasing, and are met with terrible service. IF THE OWNER SAW WHAT KIND OF STATE OUR PROPERTY WAS IN, IM SURE HE WOULD FLIP IT.

Really recommended go for Dingle Partners, from 3 agencies they’re responding for our application the fastest one and it was a smooth process. Since we are just new in Australia many things that we don’t know how does it work here example like for the electrical, water, gas & etc thanks to Martine and Pooja for their patience to explain everything, answering our questions and the most important is the quick response we really appreciate!

Your real estate agent, Clementina is very hard to reach and unreliable. 4th time I have been trying to reach her and they said she'll call back. But she didn't. Now my issue had to wait until she comes back from leave. Also she shows 0% respect when she talks to students. Lazy and untrustworthy agent.

We have been renting an apartment in the CBD through this agency. The most RUDE and INCOMPETENT experience throughout!1. The assigned agent has never picked up our calls. They only reply in messages when pestered. So many issues have been greatly delayed because of this incompetent and rude behaviour.2. Our assigned agent was changed and we were not notified. When another issue popped up, we were being run in a loop by the entire agency about whom to approach the matter with. It was not until we wanted to file a complaint did the new agent reach out. And still delayed responses.3. Recently our apartment door's lock system broke. We have been trying to reach our designated agent and no luck yet again. The reception person was extremely rude about our situation, asking condescending questions and not understanding safety issue of our home.Absolutely unbelievable that every single staff member in this organisation is so unreachable, rude, unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent!
