Naomi and the team were incredibly helpful. I thought I had a problem but after quickly emailing them some photos they were able to ID the pest in question immediately and let me know there was nothing to worry about and no treatment was necessary.Lovely to have such amazing service even when they weren’t able to sell me something. If I ever do have a problem in the future I’ll be calling them first!

From the first phone call they were extremely helpful and informative regarding my European Wasp nest issue. Had a guy (Adrian i think his name was) come out next day bang on time....again was very friendly and informative. Most importantly he was very efficient in killing the nest...took 10 mins and no more wasps within the hour. Plus it's guaranteed for 1 month. Can't fault them
