Absolutely astonished with the customer service and quality of this business, the owner greeted me and walked me thru exactly what I can expect and with the initial chat I was ready to move forward , pricing was a fraction of what I was expecting. Far cheaper than paint and not to mention a paint shop needed to keep my car for 3 weeks where is unique wraps told me they would only need my car for 2-3 days. I picked up my ute and I was blown away with the attention to detail not only on the wrap but with the care they took with my car being a older ute things break but they knew exactly how to take parts off and refit. Extremely professional with the entire experience I'd highly recommend unique wraps.

Literally had the best experience ever at unique wraps :) from the time I arrived to be greeted by Thai running out side his shop to see me I knew I was in the right place :) talked to him about tinting my car he suggested what tint and how much and when he could do it, droped the car off with in hours it was all done and the workmanship on the tint job was top class can highly recommend Thai at unique wraps 100 times over :) Thai you rock bro :)

Highly recommend unique wraps!After having my blue paint fading quite badly on my car it was probably time for a respray. I had no luck with a few painters around town so I thought it wouldn’t hurt to enquire about a wrap.Unique wraps responded quickly to my message and answered all my questions clearly. They showed me their extensive range of colours and were patient and helpful with me choosing a colour.They ran me through the process of how a wrap works and how long I could expect to lastOnce I had booked in they kept me updated with the progress. It did take a little longer than expected but it was alright because they kept me informed and offered to help me out to pick my car up which was really nice of themAfter I picked my car up, they pointed out a few things they wanted to redo to make my car perfect which they did straight away. They even recut all my old Subaru and Sti stickers the car originally came with ( and they look a million times better now because they put the effort in the cut the letters individually instead off having a clear film behind.)All in all I’m extremely happy with the result and customer service was excellent as well.

Very disappointed with the customer services called to get a quote to have a window done only to be told when I called up to book the car in that it was not quoted correctly. Then sent an email with art work and have not received a response. Terrible customer service.

Don't go near them as they do not respect your car or you as a customer. Poor work ethics, less than poor workmanship, invent lies in an attempt to make the customer look bad. Owner said 4-5 hours to remove old tinting & complete new tint. In total they had car for 18 hours. Still came back with very poor quality tint, damages to vehicle which they refused to cover. Lied to me twice then hid behind his wife & wouldn't front me.Pathetic to say the least.

Unique Wraps and Signs are hands down the best sign company in Townsville. I will not go anywhere else for my signage\ business needs.. they do it all! Can never fault their service!
