Very pleased with the whole process and the report. Above Board are clearly very experienced and know what they're doing. David arrived on time at our Melbourne property even on short notice, was very friendly, and didn't rush through anything in explaining the ins and outs of his inspection.The full report came in shortly after with details of roof and under-house issues that we completely missed, we went ahead with the purchase but knowing these details has helped us prepare fixes and plans far better.I'd have no hesitation in recommending giving them a buzz for your next property inspection.
