Powder Laundry

I’ve tried to pay for the 30 minute dryer on number 14 dryer. I tried 5 times and got charged $7.45 each time but the eftpos machine glitched but still charged my bank account.I finally gave up and tried number 8 dryer for the 20 minute cycle and it worked.Edit: when you go to pay on the washing machine that doesn’t work but still charges you as you have to pay before you use I got refunded in my bank account.

such a bad laundry place,i have never been to any power landry worse then this.i tried washing my clothes in one of them and it didn’t work ,tried 3 more times on different machines and they didn’t do nothing but steal my money and waste my time. I’ve got major back problems and i had just gotten back from work.I tried calling the number printed on the walls but it was just a fake number and the email is also fake ,their was a cleaner there but he was just useless and told me that he had no numbers when obviously he did. i don’t recommend this place at all.

Dryers are rubbish and now with the latest price hike... too expensive. Drive elsewhere in Dandenong

Great idea being coin free and great that they have included power and charging points but because there are hundreds of units, parking is near impossible... especially for a truck. Found the laundry very stuffy and preferred to sit out side.

Lots of big machines. A little pricey but only accepts card... No cash.The entry door is heavy as on main road this avoids broken glass on door due to windy days.Not loads of parking but hasn't posed any issues for us.Soap dispenser is a pain I'd say bring your own.From outside you can smell the crisp clean washing smell.

Fantastic laundry. I want to give this place 5 stars but I can't because the front door is really a problem. It only opens halfway and it is a hazard cos of it's fast closing on people carrying laundry through the door. It's a bit of a pain.Machines work great, card access, TV is huge and the high large benches are great for folding sheets and large clothing items I cant find a flat surface for at home. Handy location, great safety, not needing coins is the best!Please fix the front door, your customers will thank you for it.

Quite a distance for on foot from the town itself but the system using paywave wash & drying is practical. Plus points the laundromat is clean, AV equipped & WiFi for free. 2 thumbs up..

Multiple issues in this business from public health and safety issues with leaking overhead sewerage pipelines to malfunctioning machines. Multiple times i have been charged & fail to provide services when report they never refund money . Never go here

The payment machine is faulty and I got charged twice and the machines don’t clean at all now leaves your cloths dirtyBetter go back my old laundry placeNot worth it I got ripped off and got charged twiceStay away machines are horrible and I’m still waiting for a refund because it charged my account twice

EDITED.... 1 star atm. Washing machines 'plural' have water sitting in the bottom of them. Lady here tells me, in broken english, she paid $130 to wash and just realised there's no water....Stinks like someone took a dump in 1 of the machines too. Please fix this.Water is slowly draining, was worse before photos.Edit::: you can have some stars back. But not all. Thank you for replying me in a timely manner( For a Sunday). Although I haven't been back since. Apparently the issue has been resolved and laundry can continue. Thanks Jodie.On another note, i feel like the hot water temperature at this place is set too low. Like below 50celsius. Only luke warm water for a hot wash. Is it cost cutting or blatant rip off. The machines charge extra for a hot wash but the water temperature is dialled way back.P.S. not the only coin laundry with this problem.I like to see the glass fog up from steamy hot soapy water. This doesn't happen here. Ever. ☹️
