Definitely becoming one of the worst McDonald’s. Always so so slow 20+ minutes even when not that busy staff stuff around so much half seem like they either haven’t been trained or just don’t care so they just much around. All the customers looking so frustrated Better off just driving into town

I haven’t been to such a slow & unorganised McDonald’s ever!I ordered my two daughters and I lunch and an ice cream, we were given our food at the window and had to park in the waiting bay for drinks and soft serve cones…. 18 mins later I had to call the store and say we are out front still waiting for drinks and ice cream!!!!It’s not the first time I’ve had to wait on drinks without ordering food!!

Coffee was undrinkable. Threw it in the bin.Too hot, so hot that it scalded my mouth.Skinny latte very very weak.Tried to call the manager after leaving, no answer after 4 ring outs.

Yep once again the printer does not work when you order. The GUI does not share the order number. I went to the counter to ask about the order. Nice unhelpful guy. Coop. Says sorry we have a lot of orders on the system. No idea which one is yours. Generally the staff are disinterested in customer service or care.I guess I am sharpening my physic skills.Ffs really!

Today i ordered only a large chicken nugget meal and it took me 45 minutes to come out of the restaurant. I ordered via the machine as nobody was taking service and after paying i waited around for about 25 minutes watching people leave with their food left and right, however me and a few others were still waiting, i went up to the desk and asked if there was a problem and where my food was the server just walked away, after another 10 minutes my number was called out, however this time they got my order completely wrong giving me a big mac and a coke, then after a FURTHER 10 minute wait i FINALLY got my food, when i left however i realised the sprite i ordered was instead a sparkling water.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I just received, ordered a double Mc chicken on its own got told to pull around to the front, happy to do so believing I’d get what I asked but Instead was handed burger with a single patty not the biggest deal but it’s happened before and figured I’d go in and get it corrected since I was already pulled up only to witness the most disgusting action.Watching the girl come out the front saying they didn’t have any and to expect a wait( I would have been happy to for a fresh patty) but instead one of the men handed her a heap of Bain-marie food saying it was old and to throw it out it has been there to long.Instead of throwing all of it out! I witness one man stand in the walk way trying to block my view , I see her open the old mc chicken box pinch a chicken patty and place it on my other chicken patty , I said to the man trying to deliberately block my view that I can’t eat that im pregnant and can’t eat something that sat in a Bain-Marie for to long but then down the line it goes and they hand it to me im speechless, I would have stayed and argued but it’s a cheap burger and won’t be going back again I can’t trust them anymore to provide sanitary foodAnd I double checked the food that was given to me I could feel the difference and dryness in chicken patty’s the second that was slapped on top was so oldJust disgusting! ( threw the Mac chicken away I physically couldn’t eat it )

Good food. Good service. Like most places, being short-staffed, the crew still did a good effort keeping up.
