Excellent service. I had a blocked drain and everything was backing up. I rang at 7.45am and James was at the door at 9am. He was very friendly and professional. He used his camera to find the issue and then, after giving me a quote, set to work. He cleared out the tree roots which were causing the problem. I really wasn't expecting such a fast and efficient solution. And no pressure to purchase expensive pipe replacement, which I appreciated. Afterwards he cleaned up. Thank you James. Drainage specialists, professional outfit – top guys!Have worked with James, Pat and Casper on a few issues over the past few months and really impressed with the service received – would highly recommend to anyone, particularly those with complex drainage issues.After a series of basement / garage flooding issues over the last 6 months I initially engaged Sydney Blocked Drains for a drain inspection and flush. Casper did a thorough diagnostic back to root cause, uncovering some pretty fundamental issues which if left would have caused much bigger problems. The job inevitably grew but was given options and recommendations which they got stuck into once given the go-ahead. The work entailed major excavation which they worked through quicky and with care for the surrounding area – taking the time to clear up at the end of the day and making safe for kids.Solving the initial problem, some great out-the-box thinking from James on a secondary issue to remove the reliance on a sump pump that if/when it failed, flooded a room.Great communication throughout and commitment that the job finishes when the customer is happy with the solution.Thanks guys!

I have used Sydney Blocked Drains on two occasions in the last year, for different issues. My most recent issue related to an old pipe that had deteriorated and needed partial replacement. Patrick and Casper assessed all the drains around the house, and came up with a solution to rectify the issue without digging up my whole courtyard. They were prompt and polite, and I’m very happy with the service they provided. Would recommend their services.

Called these guys on Tuesday afternoon, they understood my situation and made sure they were at my place at lunch the next day. Clean operators, protected the surfaces to avoid making a mess and helped with advice on remedying the cause of the problem in the drain. Cleared up and cleaned up with no fuss. Up front about costs. Brought their tech with them and sent cameras after water jetting the system. Very decent guys to work with - I would highly recommend.
