Requested quote for job through messenger. Was told to call. So I called, then was told to message. So I messaged again, then was told to call again! Very confusing. Finally got through and requested a quote, but was declined because I used an interpreter - they thought I was a scammer. I tried explaining, but they were having none of it. They hanged up on me. I then messaged again explaining that it was me trying to call - they have 'seen' the message, and decided to ignore/not reply.They most definitely need to improve on communication and to be inclusive of all people. Would not recommend if they do not have the communication skills to clearly communicate with customers. They should be able to communicate through messenger or via phone calls. They should not discriminate on disability.

I highly recommend Haroun, I have hired him twice and both times he was very professional and ponctual. He even used his truck to move garden dirt when no bins available. I appreciate his help very much. I will definitly use him again.

Quite upset - gave them my address for them to come over to give me a quote. They never turned up. Contacted again, they made a new time for them to come again. Again, they didn't turn up. Time waster. Plus not comfortable that they have my address.

Harun and his team are amazing, they turned up an time, worked non stop and left the site clean and tidy. Can not recommend theses guys any higher. BOOK THEM FOR YOUR NEXT JOB!
