Not so clean store and some staff should know that you can’t ask to look in customers bags as it is illegal for a employee to do so. As I felt very singled out. Will not be returning

This is one of the better Woolworths. Its a shame that unlike in the U.S and Canada you never see have or for that matter people would never even expect to have someone scan the items through and the other staff member Bag them then ask if you need assistance taking them to your car and loading them in. This would be really fantastic for our senior citizens who find the store a long distance from where they parked depending on the amount of people who are around. It can be a long walk carrying or pushing a cart all the way to the car to then need to push it a the way to a shopping cart dock. Yet the stores validated the theft of these as the reason for needing to insert coins into them to get then off the chain. I would guess it was sending their staff to go get carts that people had to take so far to get to their cars they unlikely could be bothered with push them back again in 35 C Degree heat with a gallon tub of ice cream and several other frozen items.

Oh, what a delightful surprise! This supermarket seems to have taken customer service to a whole new level by offering racist nightfill members. Who needs helpful and courteous staff when you can enjoy a side of bigotry with your grocery shopping? It's truly a unique experience to be treated with disdain simply based on your race. Kudos to this store for providing such a memorable and offensive encounter. Truly a standout in the realm of terrible customer service!

today,30/10,/2021around 5.15pm,,i went through the checkout with one of the friendliest,warm hearted check out chicks,ive ever had the pleasure to deal with,her name is Kayleigh ,this was at safeways main street mornington. victoria 3931.this young woman is going far!! if shes not a manager,she should be! we were talking about the soft drink box cans of sunkist" no sugar.what a lovely warm hearted woman

Love their start of the day specials meat, luxury yogurts, bakery items marked down to half price. I go straight after a night shift and save on my food budget. My family love the treats I bring home. You never see these meat price markdowns at Aldi stores

Finding it a bit frustrating looking for some items that don't fit the 'Aisle descriptors' that hang from the roof. It'd be good to have a couple of computer devices where customers could type in the items they need and the locations are then pin pointed on a store map. Other than that it is as expected for a chain supermarket.
