We've built two properties using Eco Outdoor products. Last house we used alpine walling on a 2 storey outdoor fireplace and used the bluestone steppers in the front entry. Such beautiful natural products. Never seen a more natural looking veneer stone cladding. Our current house we’ve used Torino pavers and rebated paving around the pool. Looked far and wide for an unusual granite. The entry is a combination of Torino inside and cobblestones outdoors. Love all your products and the showroom is one of my favourite places to visit. Always found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable with great ideas.

The product displays are wonderful, huge and insitu- if you are after a true visual, from flooring and wall stone, to furniture and decorative items, Eco Outdoor is a must for any astute buyer where quality is at the top of the list.

As a return customer for many years today while following up an incorrect order I was told ‘and you’re worried about pebbles, get a grip’ and was hung up on. As stated in other reviews, the products are nice but the customer service in store and over the phone is appalling. I also think the $215 Sydney metro delivery fee is gouging.

Great products, terrible service. Was told it would take 8 weeks in the showroom for the goods to arrive. It took over 19 weeks, no apologies or attempts to compensate. No proactive service. Not good enough.

I spent $30,000 plus on outdoor furniture last year, to say that I am disappointed is an understatement. All wooden surfaces have stained and marked, looks terrible Im embarrassed, sent many emails just got sent to the website and told that it will age gracefully! I have requested my money back and still just referred back to the website. The product is terrible the service I have had is terrible, would not recommend this product as all.

Great Furniture but shame about the service. We ordered a number of items that were due at the end of March. At the end of March we had heard nothing so I had to contact them. They would now come the week of April 9. April 15th I contacted them again, the furniture would be here next week and I had to pay the balance. April 26th no response , so I contacted them again, and not due now till next week. We have paid, no furniture and the excuse was because of Anzac day. Wondering if we have just done thousands $$$ down the drain. The excitement is well and truly gone, now just annoyed. As much as they have great pieces, service should be a premium for the prices. Sadly they have let us down, but hopefully will get the pieces we paid for.

Hi guys, bought some stone for a fire place and it looks great! Value adding to my loungeroom and great service. Will use and recommend in the future.
