Emily and the team at Review Karrinyup are amazing! I live closer to Joondalup but I always go to the Karrinyup store for my purchases as the girls are welcoming and very helpful.

Ignored customers badly. My mum and I walked in, spend several minutes looking at dresses. 2 ppl were working in the store at the same time, walked passed us, made eye contact but did not say a word. Was it because we are Asian??? They just kept doing their things, talked to each other but acted like customers are non existence figures. Need to improve your customer service with the price you are charging

My daughter and I went to Review Karrinyup to browse for a graduation dress. The lady Nichola was so welcoming, helpful, kind, honest and just an AMAZING lady ❤. We ended purchasing a gorgeous dress and my daughter is so happy, thank you Nichola for making our experiece enjoyable and easy, we will definitely come back.
