I appreciated being able to be seen on a Saturday Morning as I felt very unwell. Doctor L. Pink was very thorough, caring and friendly. The waiting room was nice and comfortable.

I've always had fantastic service by every doctor and midwife i've seen at Mingara Medical. I cannot fault them.I'm hoping the government can provide GPs with a higher reimbursement rate for bulk billing services soon. Some doctors are now not providing this service to my infant son (7 months).I will continue using Mingara Medical as my preferred GP, they are the best of the coast.

I have delayed getting skin checks because I thought it would be too confronting but Dr Fred and the nursing team were so friendly and at the same time, so professional during my procedure, that it really made such a difference. I would encourage anyone who has been putting off their skin checks to jump in and arrange a consult the sooner the better. …and when you arrive the admin staff will also make you feel very welcome.

Have been coming here for years. Always been a great bunch of staff (all areas in facility).My kids and I always see whoever is next available.However, I have recently been seeing Dr David Campbell. Can not recommend enough. I've seen a lot of drs over the years and he is hands down, the best. Extremely easy to talk to (awkward person like me), very relaxed yet professional, very knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely caring.

From the time I step into the Practice it is a pleasant experience. Reception is welcoming and Dr Chris Lloyd is just very caring and willing to listen and help. Top marks Mingara Medical

Consultation with Dr. Lloyd regarding medical Cannabis. Reception response friendly and efficient. My consultaion proved very beneficial for me to undertake MC medication and hopefully improved health conditions will result.

Had a Telehealth appointment today, first with this practice & it was a great experience. Unlike my previous experience with this service, the Doctor was attentive,very helpful & offered genuine caring advice! I hung up the phone knowing I had been heard & helped, 11/10 for this lovely Doctor & this caring practice!

The Mingara medical practice is a place which I feel comfortable, safe and accepted.I have consulted on occasions with other GP’s in the practice and have found them to be caring and empathetic.The reception and nursing staff I have found to be helpful, polite and professional. The premises are without exception clean, tidy and organised.I have the utmost respect for my GP and can not speak highly enough of her ability to connect & relate to me on the levels that are important to me (including consulting on our fur-babies physical & mental well-being)In my opinion I have the perfect GP who is accepting, nonjudgmental, open and honest in her communication and incredibly generous with her time. There has never been an occasion where I have walk out of her consulting room feeling anything less than listened to and heard.A very respectful person who demonstrates a genuine interest in my physical and mental wellbeingI feel very privileged to have found such a caring Dr and I only hope she has no plans to move on otherwise I will have to follow her yet again.

Popped in to book follow up pneumonia shot and have a toe looked at. Told doc would be available shortly if I wanted to wait. 10 mins and I was with the doc. Went over history, sorted jab and toe (he gave good, knowledgeable advice) and discussed blood test probably good as been a while. All in all, great visit.
