I finally found the most amazing Pilates studio and an incredible instructor Tina, I’ve now been doing Pilates x 3 weekly for 9 months and have seen a huge improvement in my strength and fitness plus it’s a fun, clean, safe , modern and happy environment with wonderful like minded women.Lisa the yoga instructor is also the best I’ve found in Hervey Bay!!Five stars all round for Studio Lifewave

I've tried many forms of exercise & they always end up leaving me mentally fatigued so I joined up for pilates reformer classes & quickly ended up doing 5 classes a week. The ab definition after my first set of 13 week membership was amazing & not once did I feel mentally exhausted. Highly recommend, such a great full body workout.

Tina’s classes are fantastic. Her small groups in a studio environment makes the classes feel personalized . Tina pushes me to comfortable level but I always feel like my technique is monitored. I love the variety of both mat and reformer Pilates. I always feel energized after class

Tina is the best in turning your T Zone on!! If you are having difficulty getting back into your tummy workout, mat-work pilates is for you! Gentle build up to core strength.

Tina was a great instructor. Was a very comfortable environment and small knit so received more “attention” and more time to work on things. Very welcoming studio and loved the classes that were on offer. Highly recommend this studio!!

Best pilates studio I've been to! Love the small classes, as you get more one on one. Tina is a wonderful trainer who constantly makes sure your form is on point and that your abs are always engaged! Absolutely love going there, highly recommend!
