Loam is a lovely, considered store with beautiful products (most of which you cannot purchase elsewhere in WA). I’m very happy with every purchase i’ve made. The staff are also consistently genuine, friendly and helpful. Absolutely love everything about Loam.

True professionals who are dedicated to customer satisfaction. How many businesses would talk you OUT of a purchase? They allowed me to take some products home to try, and then when looking at the photos of the products in situ, they told me I could do better. Wow. So impressed and grateful for their honesty. Very helpful. Genuine people. Will do my best to purchase from them in future.
