Travelling from the Central Coast to North Qld, I clocked up 10,000km on my MUX & called into Isuzu Mackay to enquire about the 10k service. I was pretty wary at first since this wasn't my home dealership. However, I have to say that the service I received from the front desk to the workshop was second to none. The girls at reception, particularly Laura Young went out of their way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They were amazing! Laura even explained a few things about my MUX that I wasn't aware of while her telephone follow-up service was 100% professional. Thanks everyone at Isuzu Mackay. Good old country service at its very best!

Was super happy with both Isuzu's Breakdown tow service and the young girl's service at Mackay Isuzu reception. She arranged a loan car just in case I needed it to return to Sarina - got the car back within a few hours fixed - and with no charge to boot.

Stranded in Mackay (flooding) and desperately needed assistance - our tonneau bracket had come off and a tub full of gear was getting wet. It was a 10 minute fix but just needed the tools to get it done. Obviously the Isuzu dealership was the first place we went for help! We could see the service admin lady wanted to help but rather than taking 10 minutes to assist, the technician spent 15 minutes telling us we could leave the ute for the day but they likely wouldn't get to it! Went to Autobarn where they loaned us the tools and hubby fixed it in 10 minutes! We've been Isuzu owners for 10 years and think we are owed a little better service!

Received delivery of my 3rd D-Max in January - Really happy with the X-Terrain package. Gavin Kennedy went above and beyond to provide all the information I required and his advice and information was extremely professional. I have also contacted Gavin after delivery for information and Gavin has been only to happy to help. Thanks Gavin for your assistance - very much appreciated.

The overall sales and service experience has been terrible. Still dealing with issues from poor fitment and water leaks.
