Nice, unique, good quality vanities.Lexi was very helpful over online customer chat thank you.One suggestion...we were greeted in the showroom but no one came over to show us the vanities or explain different counter material options.However we took photos and online site is good to see the information you need with colour style etc.UPDATE we have had a lot of hassles with this company. First they sent the incorrect colour vanity. Then they arranged for a truck to take the correct colour to a depot. The address was incorrect for the depot so it got sent to a n unrelated business across the road. Thankfully the owners of the business knew us (our name was on the box) and took delivery for us. Then we are expected to return the incorrect vanity back to the depot (which is quite a hassle considering they weigh a lot and need extra people to lift - we are lucky we have a trailer). They have been very responsive and happy to help but it seems a lot of mistakes for just one order.

The whole experience was so easy and an actual pleasure. I so appreciated the vanity arriving in time for my builder/plumber to install it and it just looks fantastic. The turnaround time was so fast and it has been by far one of the best experiences I have had with an online purchase. I have already recommended The Vanity Factory to my builder, my family and friends.

Beautiful, high quality products and outstanding customer service: phone, email and online chat support are all excellent. From memory I have now bought three vanities from VBD. I have had to contact them a couple of times (due to my errors) and they have been excellent with their customer service, communication and responsiveness (thanks Lexi). The product is excellent (obviously as I keep going back) and its an Aussie company headquartered in QLD. Couldn't ask for more.

Absolutely brilliant vanities. I love my vanities, they’re solid and look WAY more expensive than they were. Special shout out to Sadie who went above and beyond to get the vanities to my home when I couldn’t go to the airport depo to collect owing to COVID restrictions.Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

After much searching for a compact vanity I came across your company where I purchased the rubie vanity with the ceramic sink and outlet it is perfect in my space and such a lovely product and a reasonable price. Your company would do well with matching shaving cabinets as I found there are not too many on the market in the style of your vanities. The best stand out in your company was the customer service I received from Sadie at the Darra store she was so helpful, pleasant, efficient & I received the goods promptly thanks to your company’s good service. It would be great if we had a company like yours in Melbourne.

Brillant product backed up by exceptional service. We bought from both the Sophia and Hayley vanity range for a farm house renovation and we could not be happy with the quality and look of these vanities. Even our builder commented on the quality, design and ease of install. We recommend also buying the tapware to match which works perfectly with the pre-drilled holes of the vanity tops. We dealt remotely with Ross and he did everything to support us getting our products on time and suggested tapware and accessories that would suit. Highly recommend.
