The entire process from initial contact to arrange a quote, to the final installation was seamless and of top quality at every step. The high quality of the installation is of particular note, with the install team showing great care in their clean-up of the work area and the product itself. As customers, we also enjoyed that we got to sit down with the installer and gain some solid, down-to-earth advice regarding product options and suitability. No 'sales' pitches from a salesperson. Do yourself a favor, forget the rest (we received 5 different quotes from 5 popular blinds companies), and run with this company. You will not regret it.

I bought an external roller shutter from Nathan, Paul and team and liked it so much I bought another two. The team are fantastic with customer service, a pleasure to deal with and do the installation themselves. The shutters keep the rain and heat out and provide an updated look to the house compared to my old canvas awning. The shutters also stop light pollution from a nearby shopping centre. Money well spent.

Excellent communication from the get go. Quote was quick and staff very courteous. Due to contractor delays on my renovations they were very negotiable on extending the time frame for payment and acceptance. The installers were very accomodating and friendly. We have just had our 30 year old house completely fitted with with Shutters by Paul and his Team at Qld. Blinds and Awnings. Last year we had the Front Area (Lounge and Dining) and last week the Kitchen and Bedrooms, Bathrooms. We are delighted with the result. Service was prompt. Paul (the fitter and I think runs the business) was very friendly, quick and tidied everything up when done. Extremely happy with price and product. We had 3 security doors (one with a dog door) and an awning put up. Would definitely recommend.
